However, one item kept being brought to our attention. While we believe in healthy competition, we’re concerned that several companies are manufacturing lower-quality versions of our products that appear to be almost identical to ours.
This has led to some level of market confusion, and we wanted to alert our customers that this is happening. After all, we don’t want you to be tricked into buying lower-quality products that lack the rigorous focus on safety that we pride ourselves on.
Unlike the companies making these inferior knock-offs, we make the following guarantee of satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with any item for any reason, call within 30 days of receipt and we will provide instructions on returning the item for full credit or refund (on product only), subject to the Southpaw Return Policy.
